2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, email address, organization, and message content. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymized usage data as described in the next section.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location at country/region level, device type, and referral source. GA4 never receives form content, email addresses, or other personal data you type into this site.

No analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google until you actively accept it via the consent banner shown on your first visit. Rejecting, or simply not responding, means GA4 never loads. IP addresses are anonymized before any data is processed.

Google LLC acts as a data processor on our behalf for this analytics data, under its standard data processing terms. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing stops any further analytics data collection immediately.

4. How we use your data

We use your contact information exclusively to respond to your inquiry, and analytics data exclusively to understand and improve how this site is used. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes without your consent.

5. Data retention

We retain contact form data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a period of up to 2 years thereafter, unless you request deletion earlier. Analytics data is retained per the period described in section 3.
