EU only — data residency
All customer and operational data is processed and stored within the European Union. We do not move it outside the EU.
Sealed tenant — isolated environment
OptiControl gives every customer their own isolated database. Your operational data is never mixed with another customer's.
Never used for training — your data stays yours
Your operational data is used to run your operations. It is never used to train models for other customers or for general-purpose use.
GDPR — compliant
We handle personal data in line with GDPR. This describes how we operate, not a certification — GDPR certification under Article 42 only ever covers specific processing operations, never a whole organization.
How we handle your data
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for customers who need one.
